This botanical collection started during summer when it was too hot to paint in the studio and I was busy sketching in the shade.  Keeping the style very loose it has created a more playful style. It has been a lot of fun painting this collection.  I particularly love the 70’s palette of this piece.

 

Framed in a mould called St.Ives, unlike some of the other pieces in this collection, it has been left as white.
