This botanical collection started during summer when it was too hot to paint in the studio and I was busy sketching in the shade.  Keeping the style very loose it has created a more playful style. It has been a lot of fun painting this collection.  This was the piece that started off this collection, painted in my friends garden with a group of other arty folk.

 

Framed in a mould called St.Ives, the frame has been painted in a lemon acrylic to match the background of the painting.
