The Extras is so named after all of the locals were rounded up from Farnham and the surrounding area to play their part in the film Gladiator when it was filmed at the amazing Bourne Woods in Tilford, Surrey. Painted with a credit card, there are many layers in this piece and as always this location was a joy to paint.
