It is unusual for me to paint seascapes, but there is a story behind this small collection based on West Wittering Beach. After breaking my nose, and consequently getting a concussion, I found it very hard to paint using bold colours and I only wanted to paint smaller pieces. This piece was towards the end of my fuzzy head stage and the patterns started to get more crazy. It was interesting to see how my art was affected, but I am not sure I would like to go through the experiment again!
